CBC reported on a “former teacher has a rare genetic mutation that means she feels less pain, heals faster and experiences less anxiety than most people.”

This news article is based on research published in the British Journal of Anaesthesia https://bjanaesthesia.org/article/S0007-0912(19)30138-2/fulltext.

Considering the original research and the (simplified) news article, the “user” in Prescribed Title #1 could be the audience of the CBC article. It could be argued that it is up to the reader to view any news article with a healthy degree of skepticism. On the other hand, the “producers” of the new article (i.e. the writer and editor) also have a responsibility to make sure that the news accurately represents the findings in the original research published in the British Journal of Anaesthesia.
