“James Bushe had previously wanted to remain anonymous, using the pseudonym “Pilot Anthony” on Twitter to write about his battle to become a pilot.
The 31-year-old said he had decided to go public to challenge the stigma which surrounds people living with HIV.” https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-51066420
In this RLE the pilot went beyond asking why he could not train to be a pilot because of his medical condition. He challenged the ruling and won.
He also went public to battle the stigma people with HIV suffer from. This, along with his push to become to a pilot, falls under the “what could be” part of May Prescribed Title #1
On a different level, the medical progress in HIV treatment is due to a number of scientists looking at the “what is” of the medical condition and asking “why.”
